How we use it
We use your information to respond, assess whether the requested academic-profile support is within scope, administer an agreed service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Documents and security
Enquiry information is restricted to authorised personnel and retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose or a legal requirement. Passports, immigration documents and sensitive personal records are not requested through the public form and require an agreed secure-transfer process if legitimately needed by an authorised professional.
Your rights
